Always nicely greeted. wait was 2 minutes (for an 8 am appointment! ) and as usual Eric was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to do Botox even though that wasn't part of my appointment!
Dr. Rubinstein took the time to explain different options to me and my appointment didn't feel rushed at all. He was very knowledgeable and up-to-date on skin care and products and I have recommended him to friends already.
I actually saw Eric and he was courteous and professional as always.
Dr. Rubinstein is tops as far as I'm concerned. I believe he is extremely talented and I leave his office feeling wonderfully rejuvenated. I feel he is MY dermatologist. He knows and understands me. I recommend him highly.
